Last weekend I went to a wedding in Chicago. While I was waiting in a long line at the hotel with my six year old son, he noticed that there was a door with a digital keypad to get back behind the counter. He asked me what the code was to get back there. I told him it was 1234, at which point an employee walked up, punched in 1234, and went in. I was surprised, not because I was right, but because I was proven right so quickly and obviously. My son was beyond stunned, he wanted to know how I knew that. I told him 1234 is the most common password there is and I got lucky. If you haven’t already seen this, most popular passwords are here.
